Cleanup of CR109 – 18 Oct 2023

Wednesday, October 18, 2023 – 9am to 11am. 

Location: County Road 109 – We assembled at the Sheriffs West Side Field Office.  Travelled to the Four Way Stop Convenience Store at County Road 222 and 109 and started picking up at the bottom of the hill.  We headed east towards Hwy 69.  Lunch from Crane Hill Food Mart (Hamburgers and BLT sandwiches with chips) was donated by Tonya Wilson of State Farm Insurance in Cullman and drinks and deserts from Smith Lake RV Resort. We had 3 pickup volunteers and picked up about 375lbs of trash. Check out some photos here…
